If we’re not notified and our driver arrives for pickup, this creates a dry run. In that case, a $100 dry run fee will apply, along with the $50 per additional day. We always encourage customers to communicate early because many times that dumpster is already scheduled for another customer right after pickup and delivery to the landfill.

Our dumpsters are great for most household, construction, and cleanup projects. You can safely throw away items like furniture, appliances, household junk, yard debris, wood, drywall, flooring, roofing shingles, and general construction debris.

There are a few items that are not allowed in our standard dumpsters or trailers. These include hazardous materials, batteries, paints, oils or oil containers, asbestos materials, railroad ties, large tree stumps or trunks, large rocks, and deceased animals.

Some heavy materials such as concrete, gravel, pavers, bricks, dirt, sand, and roofing tiles require a special heavy duty container and are charged per ton. These materials must be scheduled in advance, so please call ahead before loading them.

No, you don’t need to be home for pickup or delivery. We just ask for a little preparation so everything goes smoothly.

Please make sure there is enough clear space for our truck to safely back in and place the dumpster. This includes removing vehicles from the delivery area and making sure any gates are unlocked. If our driver is unable to access the delivery or pickup location due to blocked access or closed gates, this may result in a dry run fee of $100.

Each dumpster has a removable door pin that keeps the doors secured during transport. Please hold onto this pin during your rental. If it’s lost, a $100 replacement fee may apply.

We encourage you to fully use the space in the dumpster, but all debris must stay level with the top edges. This allows us to safely tarp and transport the load to the landfill. Items sticking up above the dumpster cannot be safely covered.

Finally, please let us know where you’d like the dumpster placed at delivery. Once it’s positioned, we’re unable to return to move or reload it.
